1) The present simple
2) The simple past
3) The present perfect
4) The past perfect
5) The future simple
6) The future perfect
7) The conditional
8) The conditional perfect
9) The present continuous
10) The past continuous
11) The present perfect continuous
12) The past perfect continuous
13) The future continuous
14) The future perfect continuous
15) The conditional continuous
16) The conditional perfect continuous
再難一點, 把該英語, 以中文表達其意思。又或是以中文分辦其分別, 每種tense應在哪一個情況下才能使用。
這是今星期給自己的功課。也是給自己在N年前, 那5年中學英語課堂生涯裡, 只顧發夢、畫公仔及偷偷學寫日本平假名/片假名的懲罰........
搞得清楚便能夠容易一點挑戰西班牙語中, 看似最難的部份。

Form是重要, 但最重要都係用法吧...
BEN:
對呀, 所以我想首先也要知每一種在英語的用法, 才能把西語學好... :D
It would be much easier if you list the tenses in 3D matrix than linear (let's forget about conditional flavor for the moment):
1) Present/Past/Future
2) Simple/Perfect
3) Non continuous/Continuous
So now what are the differences among each of the three categories?
1) The first category is to emphasis the time that action happened
2) The second category is to emphasize the action actually has (or hasn't) happened instead of the time it happened. For example when you want to emphasize you have done what your boss told you to do (rather than when you did it), you would use perfect tense
3) This category is to emphasize the action is non-stop. For example, if you want to let your boss know that you haven't stopped working ever since you come in, then you would use continuous tense
Now put it altogether, supposed you failed your test and your teacher accused you of not studying, then you want to emphasize you actually had studied and you have studied non-stop for three hours yesterday, then you should use:
1) Past because it happened yesterday
2) Perfect because you want to emphasize you *have* studied
3) Continuous because you want to emphasize you did that non-stop
i.e. I had been studying for three hours yesterday
Now the conditional part. I don't know about now but when I was in Hong Kong, the English syllabus usually put this category under conditional sentence instead of tense. It is used to describe something you would/should/could do but you didn't. To use the same example above, supposed *now* you find it useless to study for three hours because you failed anyway. So you said "I would have gone to movie yesterday instead of studying". It is a conditional sentence in the sense that *if* you knew you would fail the test anyway, you wouldn't have studied.
Now it is your turn to tell me in Spanish :-)
why?
many many thanks for what you have been sharing and inspiring me.

i was sad...for these two days, knowing that you passed away. i dont know why, it feels that a very important friend of mine is leaving me.
i feel blue for this.....i wish you are good somewhere in the heaven...
i always said to myself, life is not a matter of how long, is a matter of how board we have achieved. i think you did very good with your life.......when coming near to perfection, life has to be ended.
i do not know what to think to make myself feeling better of your death. i wish you good......there.
因為你樣子有點像我朋友,後來發現原來你會寫影評,所以間中會看一看。
今天知道你的消息。
再見,後會有期。
某一天我再和你打個招呼吧!
Donald,
願您在他方一切安好
最美一幕 還未閉幕
最闊的路在塵世遠方
最好知己永在身旁
聽我講 我從不說謊
我想相聚 誰便再聚
我想歡樂便隨意去追
我想相信 我做得對
想到人極疲累
我自信有日如願
縱使天高地厚
仍被我逆轉
假使一生會沒了沒完
總有日會如願
當結局未揭穿
FROM 朋友珍重,再見
Wish you the best in heaven ~
